Delivery Information
When will my order be processed?
We process orders during normal business days Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Orders received on weekdays before 2pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
Orders received on weekdays after 2pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Orders received after 2pm Friday will usually be processed and dispatched on for delivery to you on Monday or Tuesday. For Anpost this will be Monday for Tuesday delivery (or if it’s a bank holiday, Tuesday for Wednesday delivery).
*Order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during sales.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery for orders to the Republic of Ireland is usually Next Working Day after dispatch. We deliver from Monday – Friday* (excluding Bank Holidays)
*All delivery days are estimate, but are based on our current delivery success rates.

How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for all orders over €50 shipped with Anpost, within the Republic of Ireland.
All other orders are subject to the Anpost delivery charges within the Republic of Ireland.
Who will deliver my order?
All orders will be delivered by Anpost.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, you can track your order online with Anpost.
Do you deliver internationally?
No we deliver within the Republic of Ireland only.
I want to order items of a sensitive nature, can you ship them discreetly?
Yes, absolutely. All our orders are shipped in discreet packaging (items are packaged in plain envelopes or plain boxes), although our shipping labels may show our company name and address. If you have any special requests re-discretion, please don’t hesitate to let us know as we are more than happy to try and help (please use our website email).
What happens if I am not available when you try to deliver my order?
If you are not at home to accept the delivery you can contact the courier directly, either to re-arrange delivery or to collect your order yourself.
